Brachioplasty
What to Expect

A brachioplasty, or arm lift, is designed to remove the excess skin and reshape the upper arm from the elbow to arm pit. A brachioplasty is a cosmetic procedure and will not be covered by your insurance company.

This procedure is performed through an incision that begins at the arm pit and extends to the elbow. The scar can be visible when wearing short sleeves.  Sometimes a drain is placed at each arm and is often removed 1-2 weeks after surgery. You will be placed in compression wraps to minimize swelling.
